First time going here. They got my dog in quickly and thoroughly explained his ear issue and gave me a ton of information. We have a vet for preventative care but if he needs to be seen for surgery, illness, injury etc they will definitely be my first choice. Everyone was very nice. Prices were reasonable and about what you would expect to pay at a vet. Thanks for taking good care of my buddy!

I recommend these guys for your pets. They are very friendly, help with all concerns, and explain things so we understand how to better care for our fur babies. Pixie says thank you 😊

After feeling like my previous vet had kind of thrown their hands up like, “we can’t help”, I randomly called the Animal Hospital of Tiffin about my 16½-year-old cat, Miles. From that first call on Monday, October 29th, I finally felt hope. I think it was Nancy, but whoever it was gave me such comfort that I actually cried after hanging up. Since then, I’ve been there a lot. I first called Monday, went in Tuesday, came back Wednesday, spoke with them again Thursday, went back Friday, and I’m going again Monday. Every single experience has been consistent: calm, compassionate, and patient. Janelle made me feel like I could finally breathe. Dr. Chiu was amazing, thorough, kind, and clear. Chrissy was so pleasant when I picked Miles up, and I also had a brief, warm interaction with Linda. Emily has been wonderful, too! Truly, this entire staff of women are something special. Yes, they were all friendly, but it went beyond friendly. It was genuine kindness, the kind that settles you when you’re anxious and scared. Dr. Chiu and her team explain everything clearly, take their time, and treat Miles like the individual he is, not just another case. And even though the clinic is 33 minutes from my house, it’s absolutely worth the drive. Miles usually gets carsick in his carrier (he even threw up the first time), but since then, he hasn’t once. I think he feels the difference, too. Cost: I went in with a certain number in my head, the same way I’d done with my previous vet. In the end, I’ve spent more than that original “budget,” but it feels different here. They’re transparent, they explain why each step matters, and I never feel pressured or confused. I don’t feel like I’m just paying bills; I feel like I’m investing in peace of mind, compassion, and care I truly trust. And that’s worth every penny. Miles may be nearing the end of his life, and that reality is heavy because this sweet guy has been with me 16.5 years. He's been such a great companion to me and I want to do right by Miles. What this team gave me was peace at a moment when I truly thought I might have to euthanize him, when I imagined him going while uncomfortable and without dignity, and that was heartbreaking. When I made my initial call, I felt like I was driving through a storm so heavy I could barely see. After the call the rain suddenly stopped. That relief mattered more than anything. I know that when Miles’ time does come, I won’t be haunted by “what ifs.” I’ll know we were supported, and he was cared for with dignity. - Natalie and Miles (Picture is of Miles catching up on his shows this weekend)

I have been with this animal hospital for a lot of years. They have always done an excellent job with my dogs my horses and my cats. I would highly recommend them to others for the treatment of their pets. I am treated very well by the new veterinary and have always been treated well by the staff. I would love to see their request for updated dental equipment taken seriously. The right group is there. They need to be listened to. I would still recommend this practice to others. They listen to their pet owners and treat us very well.
