Note to
Large Animal Clients

Animal Hospital of Tiffin and Dr. Bob McClung has a long tradition of providing Large Animal Services to Seneca and the surrounding counties. Beginning in 1976 with his graduation from Ohio State University, and after 46 years of continuous service, Dr. McClung has tirelessly served the farm community by providing guidance to producers in the form of advanced technology and new information, delivering newborn calves, foals, lambs, and kids at all hours of the day and night, protecting the food source, and providing veterinary care on the farm.

It is with much regret that Dr. McClung and Animal Hospital of Tiffin will no longer be able to provide on-the-farm services beginning July 18, 2022. This has not been an easy decision. Unfortunately, Dr. Bob is getting older (71) and has health issues. Despite efforts to bring in another large animal veterinarian, the clinic has been unsuccessful. He is not leaving the Animal Hospital of Tiffin but just stepping back from large animal services at this time. He will be available for consults through the Hospital and will continue his practice of veterinary medicine by appointment.

Dr. McClung would like to thank everyone for their support through the years and their understanding through this transition.
